The Law Offices of Philip E. Mazur was  established in 2009 by Philip E. Mazur, Esq., a graduate of Rutgers  School of Law with High Honors, former New Jersey Supreme Court clerk  and attorney with numerous highly prestigious law firms. 

Mr. Mazur specializes in complex commercial  litigation, and he has honed his skills working with some of the most  distinguished litigators in New Jersey at firms such as Orloff,  Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel and Drinker Biddle.  From consumer  fraud, to construction disputes, contract and employment disputes, Mr.  Mazur has the knowledge, experience and commitment necessary to  prevail.  Mr. Mazur is adept in the trial courts, as well as on the  appellate level, where his experience as a professor of Appellate  Advocacy at Seton Hall Law School serves to give him the edge.

Mr. Mazur has also litigated numerous AAA  arbitrations involving complex commercial and construction disputes,  many of them with a million-plus dollars at stake.
